Gluten Free Goodies Pancake and Pikelet Mix produces light, airy pikelets, pancakes and waffles, and can also be used to make delicious savoury fritters.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Starch, Guar Gum

Savoury Fritters: Whisk two eggs with some salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup Gluten Free Goodies Pikelet and Waffle Mix and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gluten Free Goodies Baking Powder and whisk thoroughly. Add 300 – 400g sweetcorn kernels and 50g of grated tasty cheese and blend well. Cook in a bit of butter and oil until well risen and browned on both sides.
